Ingredients

2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese softened --regular has less carbs
1/3 cups Truvia Baking Blend
4 Large eggs
3tbsp Truvia Baking Blend
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup plain organic Greek yogurt
Tips
I like to top mine with some sliced strawberries!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then With electric mixer smooth together cream cheese, 1/3 cup Truvia, 4 egss, and 1 tsp vanilla. Bake this for approx. 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and set in the middle. Let this cool for ten minutes before adding topping. Mix topping of Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp Truvia baking blend, and 1 tsp vanilla. Top cheesecake with final mixture and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving
