Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Cups quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking - (Save 1/2 Cup)
1/2 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 Tbl. Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Cold Un-Salted Butter
2 Cups Fresh Blueberries
1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
3 Tbl. Cornstarch
3 Tbl. Lemon Juice
Directions
In a bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, ginger, 1 cup Splenda White sugar, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, and baking soda. Cut in butter untl mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 2 cups for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13 X baking pan.
In a saucepan, combine blueberries, raspberries, cornstarch, lemon juice and remaining 1/2 Cup of Splenda White Sugar. Bringto a boil, boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over crumb crust. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool before cutting.
