Ingredients

    Two Tilapia Filets
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 TBSP Basil
    Pepper to taste
    1-2 tsp of Garlic Salt or Powder to taste
    1-2 TBSP Olive Oil

Directions

Slice the tilapia filets into four pieces
Heat up the Olive Oil in a cast iron or other pan that can go into the broiler.
Add Tilapia and cook approximately 3 mins total.
While cooking - mix the cheese, garlic and basil together in a bowl
One the Fish is cooked dredge it in the cheese mixture then place back into the pan and under the broiler for 4 mins until browned.
Serve with steamed veggies
try it with lemon or lemon pepper for a variation on the flavor
