Introduction
This is a family recipe that I've been making for YEARS. In the ingredient list, I've listed 6 tbsp. of soy sauce but this is really to taste. This is a family recipe that I've been making for YEARS. Ingredients
-
long grain rice, cooked (you determine on the amount)
1, onion, medium, chopped
1, green pepper, medium, chopped
1 large egg
2 tbsp. olive oil
6 tbsp. soy sauce
*optional* 1 to 2 cloves of garlice, minced
Tips
Two things to mention again, the soy sauce is to taste. Just watch that you don't over-do it and make your rice salty. Also, another good addition is to add some garlic along with the onions and green peppers.
Directions
Select the amount of rice you'd like, and cook as directed.
Chop both the onions and green pepper. Saute the onions and green peppers in the olive oil until softened; for a kick you can add some garlic. Add in the cooked rice to the onions and green peppers and mix thoroughly. Pour as much or as little soy sauce as you'd like. Then push everything to one side of the pan and scramble the egg. Once the egg is cooked mix everything together and ENJOY!
Serving Size: You can make as much or as little of this dish as you'd like.
