Ingredients

    1/2 banana
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of stevia
    dash of cinnamon


Tips

additional toppings will add additional calories. It tastes like banana bread....yummy!!


Directions


Blend all together in a vitamix. I added a little water to make the batter easier to pour and to make the pancakes more moist. This will be very dense.
