1 cup chopped onion
1 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 cups brown rice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
brown meat with onions till browned.
add tomatoes, cooked rice, spices
simmer 25 minutes
add water if it becomes to thick.
