I've listed the ingredients to the best accuracy I can. I just sort of chopped and sliced until the amount of veggies looked right. I measured the olive oil, lime juice, and spices accurately, though, but you can add more or less olive oil, lime juice, and/or spices to taste. Ingredients

    Ingredients
    1.5 ounces lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
    3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 cups peeled, thinly sliced jicama
    12 grape tomatoes halved or quartered, depending upon size
    1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
    1/2 cup julienned red bell pepper
    1 avocado diced

Directions

In a small mixing bowl add lime juice, chili flakes, kosher salt, black pepper, cumin, and then, while slowly drizzling extra-virgin olive oil into bowl, whisk.
Combine the jicama, cucumber, red pepper, avocado, and grape tomatoes in large bowl and toss.
Add dressing to vegetables and let sit for 15 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
