Introduction

Ingredients

    1 19oz (540ml) can black beans drained/rinsed
    3 large eggs
    3 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    2/3 cup honey
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1 tbsp instant coffee
    1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Tips

Using baking powder will give more of a brownie texture. While baking soda gives a cakey one, which is my preference.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees celsius. Blend all ingredients but chocolate chips in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 8x8 pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 29-33 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
