Introduction

Great for a pre- or post-workout snack! Great for a pre- or post-workout snack!

Ingredients

    1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    5 frozen strawberries (I cut into chunks to blend more easily)
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

Tips

Frozen strawberries are the key to making this a thick, yummy smoothie.

Sometimes, I also throw in 2 cups of spinach and 1-2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed for an extra boost. (This would change the nutritional info!)


Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
