Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 dry shiitake mushrooms
    1 hank bean thread noodles
    1 lb mixed gr beef & pork
    1/4 c onions, minced
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    2 Tbsp fish sauce
    1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
    1 egg

Directions

Presoak mushrooms & noodles. Drain mushrooms & mince. Drain noodles & chop. Mix all ingredients, bake in small loaf pan at 375 for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 2-oz slices
