Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup soy sauce/tamari
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1″ cubes
    2 cloves garlic
    1 small onion, cut into 2″ pieces
    1 red bell peppers, cut into 2″ pieces
    1 cup snow peas

Tips

Serve over cauliflower rice for a complete paleo meal.


Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, tamari and pepper. Add chicken, garlic, onions, peppers and snow peas into the bowl, cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Mixture can also be frozen in a ziplock bag until ready to thaw and cook.
Toss it all in a pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear.
