Ingredients

    1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1.5 C Chopped Onion
    1 C Chopped Celery
    2 tsp. Minced garlic
    1 Can Low Sodium Beef Broth
    1 Can RO TEL Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green chilies (10oz)
    1 Can Dark red Kidney Beans (15oz)
    1 Can Great Northern Beans (15oz)
    1 Can Tomato Paste (6oz)
    6 oz. Beer
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. Kosher salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. dried Rosemary crushed
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. Smoked paparika
    2 tsp. Sweet paparika

Directions

Lightly brown ground beef in soup pot over medium heat. Add onion and celery and saute for 5 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes 8 1-Cup servings
