Ingredients

    2 Tbsp chia seeds
    1/2 cup vanilla soymilk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cocoa powder

Tips

If this is not sweet enough, add a packet of stevia or other no-calorie sweetener to the milk and cocoa before adding the chia seeds.


Directions

Place milk in measuring cup. Add vanilla. Add cocoa powder and whisk until combined. Stir in chia seeds. Allow to sit (covered on counter or in fridge) for about 30 minutes until it thickens. Enjoy!
