Ingredients

    2 lg eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg to taste
    1/2 lg. apple

Tips

can also add raisins


Directions

blend eggs, sugar and salt
scald milk
stir into egg mixture and blend
add rice, apples, vanilla
bake @ 350 deg. 1:15 in pan placed in water
