Ingredients

    6 cups organic free range chicken broth
    1/4 tsp salt
    18 tsp pepper
    16 frozen potstickers
    1 cup frozen shelled edamame
    1 cup chopped watercress
    1 T sesame oil
    1 T rice vinegar

Tips

I have substituted kale or spinach which provides a slight stronger taste. I have also added more than a cup of vegetables which changes the flavor a bit but is still healthy good!


Directions

Bring 6 cups chicken broth to a simmer/boil with the salt and pepper. Add 16 frozen pot stickers and 1 Cup Shelled Edamame and cook 5 minutes until pot stickers float. Add watercress and cook for 30 seconds until slightly wilted. Add Sesame oil and Rice Vinegar and enjoy! A restaurant quality healthy soup 10 minutes from start to finish!
