Ingredients

1 cup salsa
1/4 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c raisins
1 small chipolte chile in adobo sauce, seeded
1/2 c chicken broth
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp ground ancho chile pepper or chili powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 flour tortillas
Directions
In blender place salsa, peanut butter, raisins, chipolte chile, broth, garlic, chocolate chips, ground chile pepper, pumpkin spice, coriander. Cover and blend until sooth.
In 12 inch skillet, place chicken breasts, add salsa mixture. Heat to boiling ove medium heat, turning chicken ocassionally to coat with sauce. Reduce to low. Cover and simer about 29 inutes stirring sauce ocassionaly, until juice of chiken in clear. REmove chicken from skillet to cutting board. Cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. return to skillet and coat with sauce. heat tortillas.
To serve, place each tortilla on plate, and spoon 1/4 of chicken and sauce into each tortilla. top with avacado, cheese, and sour cream (not included in nutrition calculation) Serves 4
