Super simple chili recipe using 3 chicken breasts, a can of corn, a can of rotel, a block of cream cheese, and half a packet of taco seasoning and ranch salad dressing. Ingredients

    1 can of corn
    1 can of Rotel
    1 8oz block of cream cheese
    half a package of taco seasoning
    half a package of dry ranch dressing seasoning mix
    3 4oz chicken breasts

Directions

Boil frozen chicken breasts until they are defrosted and thoroughly cooked. Pour water off, then add all the ingredients to the pot and simmer on medium low, stirring occasionally to incorporate and melt the cream cheese. Cook for 10 minutes, then break the chicken up into smaller pieces and stir. Serve :)
