Ingredients

    Romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, scallions, Fuji apple, chopped dates, candied walnuts, goat cheese crumbles, roma tomatoes, and light balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Directions

Chop or tear romaine lettuce into big bowl; set aside.
Grill chicken, then slice, shred or dice to top the salad.
Chop scallions and dice Fuji apple and plum/roma tomato. Purchase pre-chopped dates and crumbled goat cheese. If preferred, use candied walnuts. Toss all ingredients with lettuce in dressing.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large salad - enough for a meal!
