Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c turkey breast meat cubed
    2 c seedless red grapes halved
    1 c celery sliced
    1 c light mayonnaise
    1/2/c light sour cream
    3 TBS water
    8 oz (half box) cavatappi pasta

Tips

This is a hit as a side salad at summer BBQs! Diced chicken breast works equally well.


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. When al dente, drain, rinse and set aside to cool. In a large bowl combine turkey, grapes, celery, salt and pepper if desired, and celery seed to taste. In a shaker bottle, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and water. Shake vigorously and pour over turkey mixture. Toss to combine. Chill well and serve. Serves 6-8. Shake to combine.
