1 C. Dry Pasta (Barilla Plus) cooked,drained
5 C. Fresh Baby Spinach
1 C. Cooked chicken
3 Cloves garlic, minced
2 T. EVOO
1 T. Butter
4 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt (optional)
Tips
Calculated with grated Parmesan, but shredded Asiago cheese is also very good with this recipe.
Directions
Cook and drain pasta. Heat butter, EVOO, garlic and chicken. Add about 1/4 cup water, spinach and pasta, cover and heat on low until spinach is wilted. Top with Parmesan cheese.
