    1 cup baby spinach
    5 cherry tomatoes
    1/4 cup thin carrot strips
    1/4 cucumber halved and sliced
    6 slices of pepperoncini
    1 1/2 tbsp lowfat yogurt ranch dressing
    Garnish (about 1/8 cup) with finely shredded cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
