Introduction

1/2 cup of blue berries may be substituted for strawberries. 1/2 cup of blue berries may be substituted for strawberries.

    1 cup of buttermilk, lowfat
    1 slice of high fiber bread or bread of your choice
    1 to 2 eggs
    1 cup of strawberries or 1 cup of blue berries
    vanilla extract
    2 tsps of splenda

Directions

Blend the bread, eggs, buttermilk, splenda, and vanilla extract in blend.
Pour into a large bowl. add fruit. bake on 350 for 1 hour.
