    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Canned Tomatoes, 24 oz
    whole grain spaghetti, 12 serving




Tips

I make a big pot for dinner, then parcel it up into 12oz containers that fit in my lunchbox


Directions

Use a crock pot for everything but the noodles, and you're done!
