Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts cut in strips, or chunks
    2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, 2 tsp. sugar, and 1/3 cup water
    2Tbsp. Canola Oil
    1 Red bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 Yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
    20 baby carrots
    2 celery stalks cut in slices
    1 onion chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 can sliced bamboo shoots, drained
    1 packet sun-bird stir-fry mix

Directions

Mix together water, seasoning, soy sauce, sugar and set aside. In a large wok heat oil and stir fry chicken until cooked through. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add seasoning mixture and stir fry an additional minute or until thickened.
