Introduction

homemade granola bars homemade granola bars
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1-2/3 c oats
    1/3 c brown sugar
    1/3 c oat flour
    1/4 c flax meal
    1/2t salt
    1/4 t cinnamon
    1/2 c dried fruit (I used dried cherries)
    1/2 nuts (I used walnuts)
    1/3 c tahini
    1t vanilla
    1/3 c olive oil
    1/4 c agave nectar
    1T water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
combine all dry ingredients in bowl
to make oat flour put 1/3 c oats in food processor and blend; add to dry ingredients
combine all wet ingredients in bowl
add to dry ingredients and mix well
press into pan (I use lg cake pan)
bake for 30-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven
serves 12
