Ingredients

    Rotel- canned tomatoes with green chilis
    tomato paste
    onion
    cabbage
    frozen vegetable
    frozen edamame
    gluten free vegetable stock
    olive oil
    black pepper
    red pepper flakes (optional)

Tips

Add red pepper flakes for some additional spice.


Directions

Saute the onion in olive oil. Add the frozen vegetable and cabbage. Add the tomato paste. Stir for a minute. Add the Rotel and veggie stock. Cover and cook for about an hour on low heat.
