Introduction

A delightful chicken salad to eat in a sandwich, stuffed into a tomato, in a salad or just plain. A delightful chicken salad to eat in a sandwich, stuffed into a tomato, in a salad or just plain.

Ingredients

    13 oz can of 98% fat free all natural chicken breast
    1/4 cup of mayo
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    1.5 TBS dijon mustard
    1/4 cup of sliced grapes
    1 stick of chopped celery
    1/4 cup of red onion
    2 small chopped dill pickles

Tips

Pepper to taste. Could use yogurt in place of some of the mayo.


Directions

Drain chicken, pour into bowl, use fork to break up chicken. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
