Introduction

This is a basic recipe for whole wheat vegan pancakes.
Feel free to add blueberries, mango/lime, etc to add variety.

Ingredients

    2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup soy milk- vanilla flavor, or almond milk
    non-stick cooking spray, like PAM (optional)

Tips

Serve with 1 TBSP maple syrup,
or 1 TBSP smuckers jam.


Directions

1) Whisk all ingredients together
2) Heat up pan & spray with PAM
3) pour 1/4 of batter onto pan. Flip over after bubbles appear (around 2 minutes). Remove the pancake from heat after another minute or so.

4) repeat process until all pancakes are cooked


Serving Size: 2 pancakes = 1 serving. Makes four pancakes
