Ingredients

1 ea Burrito Size Flour Tortilla
3 oz Ground beef, extra lean
1/4 c. LaRosa's Original Pasta Sauce
3 T Chopped raw Onions
3 slices Canadian Bacon
1/4 c. Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced
8 ea Black Olives, jumbo
4 oz Grated Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Tips
Good base for any type of "pan" cooked pizza with ingredients of your choice -- i.e., pineapple & ham, plain cheese, veggie pizza, pepperoni, etc.
Directions
Cook ground beef, drain excess grease, and chop into small pieces
Place large burrito tortilla into skillet - cover with pasta sauce and then place ground beef, onions, canadian bacon, sweet peppers and olives. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover pan with lid and cook on low heat for approximately 10-15 minutes until tortilla is browned and cheese has melted.
Serving Size: 6 slices per pie (2 servings)
