Ingredients


    1/4 c. onion
    3 cloves minced garlic
    olive oil
    4 cup- Homemade Tomato Sauce, no salt added, no sugar added
    75 gram(s) Baked Sweet Potato ,
    4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free,
    1/4 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    4 c. water
    pepper, 1 tsp.cinnamon,1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp. cardamon
    thyme, basil, oregano

Tips

Use herbs at your discretion. I like fresh and to mix it up a bit I will add pepper flakes. Experiment.


Directions

combine all in large sauce pan, simmer approx 30 minutes. Puree with immersion blender or regular blender. Enjoy! Add or remove water for desired consistency

Serving Size: makes approx 10 cups after cooking down
