Introduction

Ingredients

    1 chocolate cake mix
    5 Tbs. all purpose flour
    1 cup half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup margarine
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1 stick margarine
    2 cups powdered sugar
    2-4 Tbsp. skim milk

Directions

Bake cake as directed in large cookie sheet. Put half and half in saucepan and slowly whisk in the 5 Tbsp. of flour, whisking constantly. Stir till it becomes like a very thick pudding. Put in fridge to cool. When cool mix 1 cup softened margarine with 1 cup granulated sugar. Add the 1 tsp. vanilla and then add the thickened mixture to this in mixer till very fluffy. Spread on top of cooled cake. Put cake in freezer while making the glaze.
To make glaze in medium saucepan melt 1 stick margarine over medium heat. Add cocoa powder and whisk till smooth. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar and as much milk as needed to make it spreadable. Spread on top of chilled cake. Yum!
