- Assorted raw veggies
- Turmeric, Garlic Salt, and Red Chilis to season
Directions
1. Cook brown rice with coconut milk. Makes for fluffy, creamy rice. Add chilis, turmeric, and garlic salt while or after it cooks.
2. While it is cooking, cut veggies into bite sized pieces. Anything would work but I used a red bell pepper, half of a small zucchini, cilantro and spinach.
3. Mix everything today and season additionally to taste if necessary.
Serving Size: Makes a hearty meal for one or two people
