Introduction

Chicken salad mixed with half the normal mayo and chunky salsa. Chicken salad mixed with half the normal mayo and chunky salsa.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Canned White Meat Chicken Breast
    2 tbsp Mild Salsa
    2 tbsp Hellman's Mayo
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Tips

Add in chopped onion and celery or even red and green bell pepper for crunch. Use Medium or Hot salsa for added kick.


Directions

Drain canned chicken. Use fork to break apart chunks if needed. Mix in 2 tbsp. mayo and 2 tbsp salsa until well combined. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste.
