Introduction

Got a "One-Minute Chocolate Cake" that needs topped? Want something to be "sinful" with? You found it. It looks like frosting, feels like frosting, but tastes like a "Reeses". Now you have to decide whether to put it on the cake or JUST EAT IT OFF THE SPOON!!! Tough decision. Let's make it then we'll decide...maybe. Got a "One-Minute Chocolate Cake" that needs topped? Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    (Yields almost 1/2 cup)

1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
4-8 tsp pure maple syrup (click for a sugar-free alternative)
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tsp milk of choice (or more for thinner frosting)
    3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
optional: handful of chocolate chips (the “pieces”)

Tips

This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and free of refined sugar.

Directions

Blend everything (including chips, if using) in a small food processor or Magic Bullet. If you have a bigger processor, it might be best to double the recipe so everything blends more smoothly. Best to store uneaten frosting covered in the fridge.

Serving Size: 2 personal cakes worth of frosting or about 1/2 cup of "sinful" bliss

Number of Servings: 2
