Ingredients

    2 cup flour
    4 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp shortening (Crisco)
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt (can be eliminated)
    1 egg
    1 cup milk

Directions

mix dry ingredients, then add egg/milk

cook 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

This makes a great base batter that you can then add chips/berries or whatever to to make it your own. Calorie is only for batter. You will need to add any other ingrediates separately.
