Ingredients

    Groundbeef (this recipe uses 16grams of fat per 100 grams of meat) 500 grams
    Shallots 41 Grams
    Red pepper chopped (1 cup)
    Flat Parsley 100 grams
    Garlic 10 grams
    I did not use salt please feel free to use to taste

Tips

I served with roasted zucchinis which I put 20 minutes in a separate dish (sprinkled with salt and rubbed in balsamic vinegar)


Directions

Warm the over to 200 celsius degrees
Chop all ingredients and mix with the ground beef.
I used a rectangular cooking dish which I sprayed with baking spray.
Lay the beef and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
The recipe yields 6 potions and enjoy
