    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Cubed Raw
    3-4 Medium Sized Vidallia Onions chopped
    7 Roma Tomato- Rough Chopped
    6 Tablespoons dry Basil or 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
    6 Cloves Garlic, minced
    6 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
    4 Tablespoons Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
    1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary, or one sprig fresh
    1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano, or 1 fresh

    (FYI: McCormick Brand makes a Fantastic Marinate Seasoning that you can just add the oil and vinegar to and be done with seasoning!)


Great recipe that can be changed to oven roasted or on the grill as well. Serve w/Asparagus Spears or Zucchini for a full meal. Enjoy.


Take herbs, garlic, vinegar and oil and mix well. Place Chicken, tomato, and onion into slow cooker. Coat w/herb mixture. Set on low heat for 4-6 hours. Stir once an hour.
