    Mix Egg Beaters, Eggs, hot sauce, chopped mushrooms and onion..add salt and pepper. Warm non stick skillet with Olive Oil, when hot pour in egg mixture. Add salt and pepper.

    Add chopped turkey breast meat, Feta and cook flipping when done.
