1/4 c chopped cooked chicken
2 cups sliced cabbage or coleslaw mix
1 cup torn lettuce
1/4 c canned mandarin oranges, drained and rinsed
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup sliced and peeled cucumber
2 Tb. Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Lite Anything dressing (or any lite/lo fat Asian style dressing)
1 Tbs. sliced almonds
Tips
You can toast the almonds for extra crunch
Directions
Layer lettuce and cabbage on plate. Top with onion, pepper, cucumbers, oranges, carrot and chicken. Drizzle dressing over everything and top with almonds.
