Introduction

This smoothie is easy to make, delicious, very quick to make and invites experimentation. This smoothie is easy to make, delicious, very quick to make and invites experimentation.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups whole strawberries
    2 mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 tbsp Agave Nectar

    Notes:
    1. The amount are approximate -- adjust to your taste.
    2. You can use splenda, brown rice syrup, monk-fruit or stevia instead of the agave if you wish.
    3. You can use coconut, rice or soy milk instead or almond milk.
    4. Try other fruits instead of part or all of the strawberries, such as blueberries, peaches, raspberries, blackberries, mango, etc

For convenience, I usually have the fruit in the freezer and just half-defrost so I can cut them in pieces if they aren't already. This approach yields a ice-cream-like shake.

Directions

Whir all the ingredients in the blender until smooth, put it in 2 mugs with a spoon or straw and enjoy!
