Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    1 C salsa
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 C frozen corn
    1 can rotel
    1/2-1 block cream cheese (I omitted this)

    optional garnishes:
    avocado
    tobasco
    pico de gallo

Directions

Place all but the cream cheese in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 7-8 hrs
high for 4-5 hrs
Add cream cheese and cook for another 1/2 hr

Serving Size: 1/2 cup
