Introduction

Substituted the Vanilla Pure Protein Whey powder for Flour. Substituted the Vanilla Pure Protein Whey powder for Flour.

Ingredients

    2.5 cups Pure Protein 100% Whey protein powder-Vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup quick oats
    1 tbsp Molasses
    2 tbsp Honey
    10 Packets of Equal
    3 large eggs
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or raisins or dried cranberries)
    1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    .5 cup water

Tips

you could add the dried fruit and nuts to make this a "meal Bar" but it will increase the calories and sugar content.


Directions

beat together Molasses, Honey, Equal, Vanilla, Eggs then blend in protein powder, baking soda, oats, chips and walnuts- add water till Batter forms a large ball.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray bottom of square baking pan with Pam, spread out batter into pan.
cook for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
