Ingredients
-
One small bag of frozen mixed berries
3 heaping spoonfuls of Plain Greek Yogurt
2oz. of Pomegranate Cranberry Juice (100% juice)
Tips
Taste is kind of tart from plain yogurt so you might want to substitute vanilla or honey greek yogurt for taste. Please make sure to adjust nutritional content.
Directions
Place one small bag of frozen mixed berries (organic or no sugar added) into the food processor. Add 3 heaping spoonfuls of greek plain yogurt and blend. It might take a while to break up the frozen fruit. Add small amounts of cranberry/pomegrante juice (100% juice no sugar added) as needed to achieve smooth consistency. Mixture should be thick. Spoon into freezer pop molds and freeze approximately 2 hours. Enjoy!
