    3 cakes of cream cheese (8oz each)
    3 eggs
    24 packets of Stevia
    1 tbs. vanilla
    1 tbs. lemon juice


You can squirt sugar free strawberry jelly/syrup on them or topping of your choice


Beat everything until well blended
8 or 9 inch well greased cake pan
Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes
Let cool then put in refrigerator for a few hours.
Put in small plastic containers to freeze, then it tastes like ice cream.
