    Beef, tip round, 16 oz
    *Barbecue Sauce (maple flavored), .7 cup
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Water, tap, .7 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large Garlic, 3 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped


combine maple barbeque sauce, soy sauce, water and half of garlic. Add meat tenderizer. Marinade beet tips in the sauce for at least 1 hour.

Fry on stove in non-stick pan with veggies, remaining garlic and onions, etc.

    Very Good
    I made this without the yellow pepper (cuz I didnt have any) and also added two bags of shirataki noodles as a no-cal filler. I loved the flavor of the sauce! Thanks for a great recipe that I will definitely make again and again!! - 4/12/08
