Introduction

Best macaroni salad you've ever eaten! Best macaroni salad you've ever eaten!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 pkg elbow macaroni, cooked
    6 eggs, hard boiled, chilled and chopped
    6 lg dill pickles, chopped
    1/2 can chopped black olives
    1/2 large sweet onion, chopped
    1/2 - 1 c mayo (to taste)
    1 - 2 Tbsp yellow mustard (to taste)
    yellow curry (to taste)

Tips

When adjusting the amount of eggs and pickles, maintain a 1:1 ratio.


Directions

MIX macaroni, eggs, pickles, olives, and onion.

ADD mayo and mustard in small quantities until desired consistency and taste is acheived.

GARNISH with yellow curry, again, to taste.


CHILL for a minimum of 30 minutes. Best flavor may develop overnight.
