    1 large carrot, shredded
    60g spelt Flour
    60g wholewheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    150ml soy milk
    50-75ml water
    3 tsp agave syrup


Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and shredded carrots and mix. Let sit for about 5 minutes and cook.
