Introduction

Ingredients

    4 apples, peeled and sliced.
    1tbsp lemon juice
    1tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 cup water

Tips

Can eat either warm or cool. Try with sprinkled granola cereal as a topper.


Directions

In a large saucepan, add apples, water and lemon juice, over medium heat. Stir until combined and cover for 10 minutes. Add cinnamon and ginger, Continue to cool another 20minutes or until soft.
