Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value (1 cup)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.188 cup
    *Barilla Shell Pasta, 2 serving
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 5 oz
    *Frozen Shrimp serving size 2/3 cup, 2 serving
    Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced
    *Carrot - raw, chopped, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.5 large
    Red Bell Pepper, 1 large

Directions

Boil pasta until slightly undercooked.
Sautee onion, add flour, whisk in chicken broth, then add milk. Let it come to a boil and thicken slightly, then add vegetables, tuna, and shrimp. Simmer.
Mix with pasta and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for ~10 minutes. Take foil off and bake for an additional ~10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes a 9"x13" pan, about 6 servings
