Ingredients

    10 Limes - juiced
    .25 cup fresh ginger minced
    6 tbsp fresh spearmint minced
    8 cups water or 6 cups water 2 cups ice

Tips

This limeade is NOT sweet. It is tart and refreshing. If you want you can add 1 cup sugar to lime mixture over heat until dissolved


Directions

Mix together lime juice, ginger, and spearmint and allow to over low heat for 10-15 minutes, no boil needed. Pour water or water/ice into pitcher and then with large spoon pour in lime juice mixture and stir to combine. If you don't want bits of ginger, strain the lime juice while pouring into water.

Serving Size: Makes roughly 10 cups
